Boston City FC has unveiled jerseys designed specifically for the club by official outfitter and apparel supplier New Balance that Lions players will wear when kicking off the 2018 National Premier Soccer League season.
Boston City fans attending this week’s Supporters Summit were the first to see the new jerseys, which were presented by defender Michael Rincon and forward Kamali Webson.
The Lions will continue to wear red shirts at home, which feature a prominent blue trim and collar and will be matched for the first time with blue shorts and red socks. The club’s all white change strip features a red collar, a blue trim and red piping on the shorts. A high-quality Boston City logo motif will be displayed on the front of the jersey, and the logo also features within the base of numbers printed on the backs of the shirts.
The exclusive New Balance jerseys are available at the Boston City FC website and all home matches, priced $59.95 plus tax and shipping.
The agreement with global athletic leader New Balance, which has its headquarters in Boston, will supply uniforms and apparel to Boston City FC’s NPSL first team and Under 20s team in the Bay State Soccer League.
Players, coaches, and staff will wear New Balance apparel for matches, training sessions, and official engagements, including tracksuits, training gear and footwear. Boston City fans will be able to select from a range of match jerseys and apparel to show their continued support for the team.
