Francisco was signed when assistant coach Roberto Mazzinghy became an interim assistant head coach after eight matches of the 2019 NPSL campaign and proved to be one of the late-season success stories.
Operating originally at left back, he provided an assist on his debut them moved into midfield. He played every minute of only four matches and led the team with three assists and scored the go-ahead goal from the penalty spot, having been brought down inside the area, in a 4-2 win over the Kingston Stockade.
