Ralph is the only player to have played matches in all four seasons in Boston City’s history. In 2019, he totaled 767 minutes, the fifth most that season.
He played in five matches for the Lions, mainly at right back, in 2018, including his first full 90-minute match in the season opener when he produced an impressive performance against the New York Cosmos.
Ralph made five appearances for the Lions in 2016, at either right back or in the center of defense and started both matches in the back-to-back end of season derbies against Greater Lowell United. He returned to Boston City midway through the 2017 season, making three appearances, including a start in a 3-1 away win at Seacoast United Mariners.
Ralph has represented Haiti at Under 17 level. He moved to the United States aged 15 and attended Hyde Park high school where he was the captain of the varsity team and was twice named player of the year. The center back has played with the Global Premier Soccer academy team, New England Rush, Mass United FC and had tryouts with Malaga in Spain.
